The short version

  • We only ask for what an order needs. Your name, your email and billing details — nothing more.
  • We never see your card. PayPal handles every payment. Card numbers never reach us.
  • We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever, for any price.
  • No marketing, no newsletter. We only email you about your own order.

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit tonycapitalinvest.com or buy something from us.

Looking for the app? The Cash Flow Mini mobile app has its own, separate privacy policy, because it works differently — it collects nothing at all. You can read it here.

1 · Who we are

This website is operated by PIE DE MARCA ECUADOR S.A. PIEMAREC, operating as Tony Capital Invest, RUC 0992840625001, Guayaquil, Ecuador. We are the data controller for the information described here.

For anything related to your privacy, write to info@tonyci.com.

2 · What we collect

Information you give us

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, and the billing details required to issue your purchase. If you choose to give it, a phone number — it is optional and we do not need it.
  • When you write to us through the contact form or by email: your name, your email and whatever you tell us.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our server keeps a technical record of visits: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you opened. This is standard, it is used to keep the site running and secure, and it is deleted on a rolling basis.

3 · Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal, including payments made with a credit or debit card through PayPal’s checkout.

We never receive, see or store your card number. That information travels from you to PayPal and never passes through us. What we receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the record of what you bought.

PayPal handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.

4 · Why we use your information

  • To deliver what you bought and give you access to your files. Without this we cannot complete the sale.
  • To answer you when you write to us.
  • To keep our records of sales, as required by Ecuadorian tax and accounting law.
  • To send you the emails your order needs — your confirmation and your access link. We do not run a newsletter and we do not send marketing emails.
  • To keep the site working and secure, and to prevent fraud.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the legal bases we rely on are: performance of a contract (your order), our legitimate interest (security and keeping the site running), and legal obligation (tax records).

5 · Cookies

Our store uses essential cookies only — the ones that make a shopping cart remember what you put in it, keep your session open while you check out, and protect the site against abuse. These are strictly necessary for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not follow you across other websites.

6 · Who else touches your information

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches only the companies that make the site work:

  • PayPal — payment processing.
  • Hostinger — our hosting provider, the servers where the site lives.
  • WooCommerce — the store software running on those servers.
  • Google — the emails our site sends you (your order confirmation, and our reply when you write to us) are delivered through Google’s mail service.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to defend our rights in a legal claim.

7 · International transfers

We are in Ecuador, and the companies above may store information on servers in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, those transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

8 · How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices: for as long as Ecuadorian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
  • Messages you send us: while the conversation is useful, and then deleted.
  • Technical logs: a short period, on a rolling basis.

9 · Your rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep an invoice.
  • Object to a particular use of your information, or ask us to limit it.

Write to info@tonyci.com and we will answer within 30 days. We will never charge you for exercising a right, and we will never treat you differently for having used one.

European Union, EEA and United Kingdom. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

California. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

Brazil, Canada and elsewhere. The rights listed above are available to you under the LGPD, PIPEDA and comparable laws.

10 · Children

This site sells to adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

11 · Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to order records is limited, and payment data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small — the best protection for data is not to collect it.

12 · Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Any change applies from the moment it is published.

13 · Contact
